Structure
Strand anchors consist of three main components:
Anchor head
Steel tension member – divided into bond length and free length
Grout body
The steel tension member is composed of multiple 7-wire prestressing steel strands.
Features
Nationally approved system with internal and external quality monitoring
Excellent adaptation to required load capacities through the selection of the number of strands, strand cross-sections and steel grades
Production of long anchor lengths without coupler joints
Relatively low self-weight and small diameter
Good installation characteristics due to the high flexibility of the anchors
Favorable transport properties owing to minimal space requirements during transport and storage (anchors are supplied in coils)

Short-term anchor (for temporary use):
Short-term anchor with removable free length
Short-term anchor with a service life of up to 2 years
Short-term anchor for extended temporary use with a service life of 2 to 7 years
